Jan advises clients on a broad range of commercial issues, with an emphasis on shipping and aviation and complex questions of conflicts of law. He represents clients in front of the German courts and in arbitration. One of Jan’s interests lies in technically complex cases, which contain not only insurance-relevant aspects but also require an understanding of the underlying technical issues. Jhttp://aviationan has acquired the International Air Law Diploma dispensed by IATA and is a keen flyer as well as sailor.
