LE­BUHN & PUCH­TA ad­vi­ses Drags­bæk on the ac­qui­si­ti­on of Vortel­la to es­tab­lish a Ger­man plat­form for but­ter and spe­cial­ty fats

The Da­nish com­pa­ny Drags­bæk A/S, a sub­si­dia­ry of the Nor­we­gi­an Ork­la Food In­gre­di­ents, has en­te­red in­to an agree­ment to ac­qui­re Vortel­la Le­bens­mit­tel­werk W. Vort­mey­er GmbH.
Wi­th the tran­sac­tion, Drags­bæk ob­ta­ins its first pro­duc­tion fa­ci­li­ty in Ger­ma­ny, es­tab­li­shing an im­portant plat­form for but­ter and spe­cial­ty fats clo­se to key in­dus­tri­al cus­to­mers in Wes­tern and Cen­tral Eu­ro­pe.

LE­BUHN & PUCH­TA has per­for­med the le­gal due di­li­gence and has ad­vi­sed Drags­bæk on the nego­tia­ti­on and exe­cu­ti­on of the Share and As­set Purcha­se Agree­ment.
