Sa­rah ad­vi­ses in all are­as of ma­ri­ti­me busi­ness law, espe­ci­al­ly on the sa­le und purcha­se of ma­ri­ti­me and in­land wa­ter­ways ves­sels, on ship fi­nan­ce, ship­buil­ding con­tracts as well as ship ma­nage­ment and char­ter par­ties.

Her work al­so fo­cu­ses on trans­port law, co­ve­ring ma­ri­ti­me trans­port as well as other mo­des of trans­port. She al­so ad­vi­ses on ge­ne­ral and ma­ri­ti­me insu­rance law. Sa­ra is bar-cer­ti­fied spe­cia­list for trans­port and lo­gi­stics law.

She ad­vi­ses on lia­bi­li­ty risks in the ma­ri­ti­me sec­tor and re­pres­ents the in­te­rest of cli­ents bo­th in court and in ar­bi­tra­ti­on in Ger­ma­ny and in­ter­na­tio­nal­ly.
