APM Ter­mi­nals, a com­pa­ny of the A.P. Møl­ler – Maersk Group, and EU­RO­GA­TE have con­cluded a long-term joint ven­ture agree­ment for the joint con­tin­ued ope­ra­ti­on and mo­der­ni­sa­ti­on of the North Sea Con­tai­ner Ter­mi­nal (NTB) in Bre­mer­ha­ven.
