Christian advises national and international companies of all sizes in all areas of commercial law. His practice is focused on contentious matters before state courts and in national or international arbitration proceedings. Christian has a keen interest for civil procedural law and international private law. He acquired and developed an in-depth knowledge of these areas already during his main studies. As part of his master’s degree gained in San Francisco, Christian also studied US civil procedure law and out-of-court dispute resolution methods. Christian specializes in complex contractual disputes, post M & A disputes, as well as management liability and professional negligence. In addition, Christian has special expertise in both energy law disputes and proceedings arising out of mechanical and construction engineering projects. Prior to joining LEBUHN & PUCHTA, Christian worked for almost three years in a renowned commercial law firm in Hamburg in the Commercial Litigation/Arbitration practice group.
