  • We have ad­vi­sed a cli­ent on em­ploy­ment is­sues which ari­se when a com­pa­ny wi­th a works coun­cil de­ci­des to ab­sorb a com­pa­ny wi­t­hout a works coun­cil.
  • We have ad­vi­sed a Ger­man shipow­ner on so­cial se­cu­ri­ty law is­sues af­fec­ting the crew ari­sing from the flag­ging out of the ves­sel.
  • De­li­ve­ring com­pre­hen­si­ve ad­vice on is­sues of la­bour and em­ploy­ment law in con­nec­tion wi­th the CO­VID-19 pan­de­mic.
