Sa­rah ad­vi­ses in all are­as of ma­ri­ti­me busi­ness law, espe­cial­ly on the sa­le and purcha­se of ma­ri­ti­me and in­land wa­ter­ways ves­sels, on ship fi­nan­ce, ship­buil­ding con­tracts as well as ship ma­nage­ment and char­ter par­ties.

Her work al­so fo­cu­ses on ge­ne­ral and ma­ri­ne insuran­ce law.

Be­fo­re joi­ning our law firm Sa­rah worked in an aca­de­mic ca­pa­ci­ty in the area of oce­an use and lia­bi­li­ty for oc­cur­ren­ces at sea. She ad­vi­ses on lia­bi­li­ty risks in the ma­ri­ti­me sec­tor and re­pres­ents the in­te­rests of cli­ents bo­th in court and in ar­bi­tra­ti­on in Ger­ma­ny and in­ter­na­tio­nal­ly.
