Simone advises and represents clients across a broad range of commercial issues with an emphasis on shipping litigation. Simone has particular experience of cargo claims, collision claims, limitation funds and general average. She also frequently represents clients in coverage disputes under H&M policies including yacht hull policies, and acts in international sale matters. One of Simone’s particular areas of interest lies in green shipping. Simone has a special expertise in legal matters concerning ship recycling.
