He ad­vi­ses na­tio­nal and in­ter­na­tio­nal com­pa­nies and their share­hol­ders and ma­nage­ment on all cor­po­ra­te mat­ters as well as on com­plex M&A tran­sac­tions, and he re­pres­ents them in cor­po­ra­te and com­mer­cial li­ti­ga­ti­on and ar­bi­tra­ti­on pro­ce­du­res. He al­so ad­vi­ses on re­al es­tate tran­sac­tions (share and as­set deals) as well as on se­ni­or and ju­ni­or re­al es­tate fi­nan­cings.

Ro­bi stu­di­ed law at Eber­hard-Karls-Uni­ver­si­ty Tü­bin­gen. He com­ple­ted his PhD on a ban­king and in­sol­ven­cy law to­pic at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Kon­stanz.

Be­fo­re joi­ning LE­BUHN & PUCH­TA in 2024, Ro­bi work­ed for over se­ven ye­ars in a cor­po­ra­te and M&A bou­tique in Ham­burg whe­re he ad­vi­sed on va­rious cor­po­ra­te, ca­pi­tal mar­ket and fi­nan­cing to­pics. He con­duc­ted ma­ny lar­ge-vo­lu­me cor­po­ra­te and com­mer­cial li­ti­ga­ti­on pro­ce­du­res. He al­so ad­vi­sed on re­al es­tate tran­sac­tions and fi­nan­cings.

Ro­bi is ack­now­led­ged as a spe­cia­list la­wy­er on com­mer­cial and cor­po­ra­te law (Fach­an­walt für Han­dels- und Ge­sell­schafts­recht) by the Ger­man bar.
