Sarah advises in all areas of maritime business law, especially on the sale and purchase of maritime and inland waterways vessels, on ship finance, shipbuilding contracts as well as ship management and charter parties.
Her work also focuses on general and marine insurance law.
Before joining our law firm Sarah worked in an academic capacity in the area of ocean use and liability for occurrences at sea. She advises on liability risks in the maritime sector and represents the interests of clients both in court and in arbitration in Germany and internationally.
