Hendrikje Herrmann new President of the Transport and Logistics Law Commission of AIJA
Hendrikje Herrmann has been appointed as President of the Transport and Logistics Law Commission of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers) during this year’s annual congress in Washington, D.C.
With more than 4,000 members from over 90 countries, AIJA is the leading global association for young business lawyers. As such, it fosters international exchange on current legal and economic issues and offers a unique platform for cross-border cooperation.
The Transport and Logistics Law Commission focuses on legal matters relating to transport, forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management. Its work covers, among other things, international contract drafting, liability issues, and recent regulatory developments that are of key importance to companies in the transport and logistics industry.
By taking on the presidency of the Commission, Hendrikje Herrmann assumes a leading role in shaping the international discussion on these topics.
